Happy Birthday Devin Harris!

Today Devin Harris turns 25! Though still injured, Devin believes he can lead the New Jersey Nets into the next decade. The Dallas Mavericks shipped out their brightest prospect for ya boy Jason only a few short days ago. Word has it co-owner of the Nets Jay-Z is saving up cap room to pursue a certain gifted friend who will become a free agent in the coming years....

As of the All-Star game LeBron is still throwing up the Roc. Question is will VC be a part of this? One hopes Jigga pays enough attention to vito him.

Not to hate on Vince too much though. If he wants to play well, he'd be a MAJOR part of that team. A completely amazing player when he wants to be...

I thought for sure they woulda dealt Vince at the deadline, considering they shipped out Kidd. But they just signed VC to an extension! They coulda freed up some cap room by moving him, but they probably woulda had to take on a similar contract of a player not on Carter's level, in my opinion (e.g. Jermaine O'neal). If they can somehow keep a core of Devin, Richard, Vince and then get the King? Can I get a what what....

yeah but by the time lebron's a free agent (even if hova can pry him away from his hometown team) vincent lamar's gonna have suffered a career-ending hangnail. I like some of the nets young talent, but signing carter was a serious blow. he's on the back end of an underacheiving career and has a nearly untradeable contract that seriously clamps their ability to make the kinda moves they need to reel lebron in

yeah Vince may have been lookin nice in the year prior with near 25 a contest, but you got to know he is on the downslope. Also, in the back of your mind you know Jkidd is gonna wanna bounce out, so a rebuilding process has to start somewhere. The Nets can still be good with the core of RJ, VC, Devin and Sean - but, in the case that they lock these fellas down, they likely won't have the scrillz to cop the King. If re-signing Lebron is reaching enlightenment for Cleveland, the Cavs front off better start rubbin Buddha's belly.
